Don't just "manage" freelance burnout. Build the structural tools to navigate it.

Most advice assumes you can just "take some time off." This workshop gives you the psychological infrastructure to maintain your sanity while meeting your deadlines - without the guilt, the shame, or the isolation.

Why standard burnout advice fails us.

In a corporate office, burnout has witnesses. It triggers HR protocols, sick days, and sympathy. It is often worn as a "Badge of Honor."

This isn't a mindset issue. It’s a structural one.

Freelance burnout is a distinct occupational phenomenon caused by isolation, financial uncertainty, and blurred boundaries. You can't fix a structural problem with a bubble bath. You fix it by building a new framework.

This is not a lecture series where you sit back and take notes on "self-care." This is a hands-on practical workshop designed for real freelance conditions.

  • Group Size: Strictly limited to 15 participants for safety and depth.

Freelancing is inherently unstable. In our final session, we build your "Psychological Safety Floor"- stabilizing anchors that keep you grounded even when the market (or your client list) is volatile.

Meytal Raizes - Freelance Occupational Psychologist

I specialize in freelance burnout because I’ve lived it. I know the unique texture of the "quiet crash" that happens when working from home.

I don't believe in "hustle culture," but I also don't believe in toxic positivity. I use my background in neuropsychology and occupational health to help freelancers build the missing infrastructure they need to feel human again.

Burnout thrives in isolation. It convinces you that you are the only one struggling. This workshop is your chance to break that silence. It’s a space to drop the mask, stop pretending you have it all together, and build the resilience to enjoy the freedom you work so hard for.
